Colours

One of the most visually striking aspects of a pool enclosure is its colour. While these products are commonly available in classic shades such as black, white, or cream, at Abrisol we offer much more flexibility. In addition to these standard options, we provide access to the full RAL colour chart, giving clients in the UK the freedom to choose from a wide range of colours and finishes to create a fully customised pool enclosure that suits their style and outdoor space.

Materials

One of the most notable customization options offered by Abrisol is the ability to choose the materials used for manufacturing the pool enclosure. While the structure is made from predefined high-quality materials, clients can select the material for the roof and sides. For the roof, options include transparent or multiwall (alveolar) polycarbonate. For the sides, customers can choose between polycarbonate and glass.

Accesses

As previously mentioned, the Columbrete enclosure features multiple access points, all equipped with sliding doors. However, if this type of access is not your preference, you can choose alternative options such as single sliding doors on the sides or accordion-style doors for the front and back of the enclosure.

Ventilation

Pool enclosures are enclosed spaces that, like any other closed structure, require proper ventilation. At Abrisol, we offer two options: side trapdoors or ventilation grilles. Additionally, it is possible to include mosquito screens, which are especially useful in humid environments like pools.

Lean-to Option

Finally, it’s worth noting that if there is a wall near your pool, this enclosure model can be designed as a lean-to structure attached to that wall. This option allows you to maximise the available space and even create a direct entrance to the pool from your home, turning it into a relaxing indoor-outdoor space.

Columbrete Enclosure Main Characteristics

Besides its design, this model features a series of technical characteristics that make it a unique pool enclosure. Some of these include: Structure made from primary aluminium, with sides made of 4 mm solid polycarbonate and a roof made of 10 mm multiwall polycarbonate, all featuring UV protection. Both the front, back, and sides of this pool enclosure feature rail-free access doors, making entry easier and reducing the risk of tripping. Additionally, the absence of rails simplifies cleaning, as dirt does not accumulate in the profiles, and water from swimming, cleaning, or condensation can drain away more easily. All pool access points are sliding doors, with double doors at the front and back, featuring no embedded ground rails. Each side also includes two access doors with perimeter frames: 50% opening with a rail, or full (100%) opening without a rail. This pool enclosure includes certified security deadbolts that prevent pets and children from accessing the pool. It’s important to note that the Columbrete enclosure, like all Abrisol pool enclosure models, includes a 10-year degressive warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects and ensures the durability of all materials used. It offers our clients peace of mind, knowing that their investment is protected in the long term.
