The Sfera enclosure, as its name suggests, features a spherical design with a retractable structure that has no rails. It consists of two parts: one anchored to the ground and the other mobile, allowing easy access to the jacuzzi. The mobile part can be moved manually, but a motor can be added for effortless opening and closing, allowing you to operate the enclosure with just a simple click. As a retractable enclosure with a fixed section, clients can enjoy their hot tub all year round without the hassle of constantly putting on and removing a traditional hot tub cover. Its design is the result of the Abrisol team’s creativity and, thanks to the use of transparent panels, it offers a panoramic view from the inside. Furthermore, the rail-free design — with no embedded floor tracks — is not only modern but also quick and easy to assemble, with no construction work required.

Size

The Sfera enclosure is available in two predefined sizes — 3,500 mm and 3,900 mm in diameter — ideal for covering a hot tub. As a spherical enclosure specifically designed for spas, it has been tailored to suit the two most common hot tub sizes. However, if you're looking for a more bespoke enclosure in terms of size, you may wish to explore other models such as the Tabarca or Helios Spa, which are not limited to fixed dimensions.

Colours

In addition to size, the visual appearance of this spa enclosure can also be customised. The Sfera enclosure is available in any colour from the RAL chart, as well as wood-effect finishes, with a choice of matte or glossy coatings.

Materials

While the material used to manufacture the structure itself cannot be customised, clients can choose the materials for the other components of the enclosure. The Sfera enclosure is typically made with transparent polycarbonate, allowing clear views both into the enclosure and outwards while you're enjoying a soak. However, if you prefer more privacy, you can opt for smoked or translucent polycarbonate sheets.

Motorized

As previously mentioned, clients can add a motor to the Sfera enclosure to open and close it more easily.

Sfera enclosure main characteristics

As previously mentioned, the Sfera cover is specifically designed to protect spa areas, and its unique design gives it a distinctive personality. However, its aesthetics are not its only advantage, as this cover also features a range of characteristics that make it a functional and efficient option.

This spa cover is made with a thermolacquered aluminum structure with a powder coating in various colors according to the “Qualicoat” standard, allowing for a very solid yet lightweight structure.

The panels surrounding this spa cover are made of 4 mm transparent solid polycarbonate. This material is highly resistant and includes a double-sided UV filter that protects both your spa and bathers.

The cover is installed without floor rails for quick and easy assembly. The fixed part is anchored to the ground with a key, and the movable part, which serves as the entrance, remains suspended.

The cover features a key-locking system for maximum security to prevent children and pets from accessing the spa, and to ensure the space remains closed.

Additionally, it’s worth mentioning that although our covers are highly durable, they come with a 10-year prorated warranty covering both the structure and the panels.
